As a result of its outstanding academic ability and industry influence, Prof. Zhu continued, CEIBS has remained at the forefront of supply chain management research in Asia and ZKH’s generous support will help push the school’s efforts in this field to new heights.
ZKH is committed to using digital technology to empower more small and medium-sized enterprises and to promote “more transparent, more efficient and better business,” Chen Long told the audience of faculty, alumni and students during the event.
He added that his studies at CEIBS, in particular, have helped him establish many of his business management ideas and that he hopes ZKH’s gift will help enhance the school’s influence.
Finally, CEIBS ZKH Supply Chain and Service Innovation Centre Director and CEIBS JD Operations and Supply Chain Management Chair Professor Zhao Xiande then noted that the efforts of companies such as ZKH can help strengthen the co-operation between industry, government and higher-education institutes and help develop and expand the digital supply chain ecosystem.
