Curriculum Structure

New specialized tracks offered in 2025: Technology and Leadership
Starting with the Class of 2025, the FMBA Programme will introduce two new specializations: Technology and Leadership. Each track combines compulsory and elective courses, allowing students to tailor their learning to their career aspirations.
Technology Specialization
This track cultivates a tech-driven mindset, helping students understand and apply emerging technologies—including fintech, AI, big data, and blockchain—across industries. Students will identify tech-driven business opportunities and explore innovative, tech-enabled business models.
Leadership Specialization
Building on our Leadership Journey, this track enhances students’ leadership capabilities. Through structured self-assessment, students will identify their strengths and weaknesses while developing execution, inspiration, and motivational skills. These competencies prepare them to lead teams, drive change, address challenges, and achieve organizational goals.
This two-year programme shapes students into well-rounded leaders with a strong foundation in finance, strategic management expertise, and the ability to embrace technological innovation.
