CEIBS Alumni Ghana Chapter holds induction ceremony and swearing-in of new Executive Council
The CEIBS Alumni Ghana Chapter recently hosted a memorable induction ceremony to welcome new members and officially swear in the newly constituted Executive Council, led by Dr. David Amoo-Osae Jnr. Held at the CEIBS Accra Campus, the event brought together alumni for an evening of learning, sharing, and networking.
A key highlight of the evening was a powerful keynote address by Capt. (Rtd) Kofi Amoabeng, who served as Guest Speaker. He shared deep insights on leadership, ethics, and entrepreneurship, leaving participants with practical "knowledge nuggets" to apply in their professional and personal lives.
Further enriching the programme was a panel discussion featuring newly inducted alumni Ms. Sadia Sanusi, Dr. Mawuli Atiemo, and Mr. Emmanuel Mefful. Each shared their business journeys, personal experiences, and key lessons, inspiring meaningful dialogue and connection within the alumni community.
Congratulatory messages were also delivered by CEIBS President (European) Dominique Turpin, Associate Dean (Africa) Prof. Shameen Prashantham, CEIBS Africa Director Prof. Gordon Adomdza, President of the CEIBS Alumni Nigeria Chapter Madam Yemi Chukwurah, and President of the CEIBS Francophone Africa Alumni Chapter Madam Michele Feze.
As part of the evening's celebrations, several individuals were honoured:
- Prof. Mathew Tsamenyi, for his years of leadership and service to CEIBS
- Mr. Samuel Ocloo-Dzaba, for his years of commitment and dedication to CEIBS and the alumni community
- Madam Freda Abu, for being the first alumni member to pay her dues for the year
- Ms. Sadia Sanusi, for her sponsorship of the alumni newsletter
The event marked not only a formal transition in leadership but also a celebration of the growing unity, impact, and vibrancy of the CEIBS alumni network in Ghana.
