In June 2024, 63 Chinese cases from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland were added to the Global Platform of China Cases (ChinaCases.org). This marks the first set of cases submitted under a cooperation agreement signed between CEIBS and IMD in October 2023.

June 18, 2024. Shanghai - The 7th CEIBS Finance and Accounting Symposium was held at the CEIBS Shanghai campus on June 18, 2024, with the theme "Current Topics in Accounting", bringing together more than 100 scholars from top universities in the US, Europe, and Asia to discuss current issues at the intersection of accounting, finance, economics, and politics.

The Capstone Project is a definitive part of the CEIBS Global EMBA (GEMBA) experience for any student. It tests and stretches them as they put the theories, frameworks and broader knowledge they have gained during the programme into practice by solving the genuine business challenges of a real-world company. For the class of GEMBA 2022, this challenging one-year project is now at an end.

Frank Bournois, CEIBS Vice President and Dean, has been awarded the International Educator of the Year 2024 by the Academy of International Business (AIB), a leading global organisation of international business scholars and professionals, at the academy's annual international conference in Seoul today.

CEIBS has received official re-accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

June 23, 2024. Shanghai – Hosted at the CEIBS Shanghai campus, the 3rd CEIBS Global EMBA Annual Symposium – under the title China's New Playbook: The Role of Companies – aimed to explore many of the most pressing questions on exactly how (and when) China may achieve the latest stage of its economic growth and transformation. Around 300 dynamic participants attended this event, including current students, distinguished alumni, influential business leaders, and engaged members of the public.
