These individuals may currently be encountering obstacles and seeking insights or aiming to draw inspiration and leverage the successful transformation practices of other companies. Typical participants include:

  • Presidents and general managers of companies, as well as general managers of divisions within group companies
  • Information technology directors responsible for spearheading digital and intelligent transformation
  • Senior executives seeking to integrate AI and digital intelligence into their business functions, such as heads of supply chain management, marketing, and human resources, among others

Introduction

In 2024, cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence developed at an astonishing pace, with the potential to serve as the impetus for a new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation. Numerous businesses and organisations are actively probing ways to remold traditional business models by leveraging artificial intelligence and digital technologies, with the aim of securing an edge in the competitive marketplace. Nevertheless, facilitating the digital transformation of enterprises is no easy feat; any efforts to do so will inevitably encounter a multitude of unpredictable risks and resistance stemming from traditional attitudes and industry inertia.

  • For companies preparing to adopt AI and digital intelligence: How can they clarify their strategic direction, create a roadmap, identify suitable application scenarios for emerging technologies, and systematically manage and drive their transformation efforts?
  • For companies in the midst of digital and intelligent transformation: What are the prevailing challenges that they face? How can they overcome these challenges?

Given the complexity of AI-era digital transformation, which can impact business models, product innovation, process optimisation, and organisational architecture, this programme begins with an overarching view of how AI reshapes productivity. It then delves into core aspects of business transformation, such as strategy formulation, organisational restructuring, and knowledge management. The programme further examines the practical applications of cutting-edge technologies within essential business functions, including product development, marketing, supply chain innovation, and financial management. By exploring these critical areas from various perspectives, the programme offers a meticulously planned roadmap for digital and intelligent transformation. This enables participants to deepen their grasp of artificial intelligence and digital technologies, thereby fostering productivity transformation and advancement.
