January 10, 2018. Shanghai – French Member of Parliament Olivier Veran, a member of President Emmanuel Macron’s delegation on his first official visit to China, today shared his thoughts on how artificial intelligence can transform the healthcare industry, a vital sector that he believes can provide yet another opportunity for France and China to deepen existing ties. He was speaking at a seminar on AI and Healthcare Innovation, hosted by the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) at its Shanghai Campus. 

January 8, 2018 – CEIBS has accepted an invitation to join the Asian Management Research Consortium (AMRC), becoming the first business school from Mainland China to be included in the prestigious academic group. According to the AMRC, the invitation was extended to CEIBS because of its reputation as a leading business school in China. It is also seen as recognition of CEIBS’ strength as an academic leader among Chinese b-schools.

CEIBS Welcomes 3 New Faculty Members

January 4, 2018. London – The newly-elected council members of the CEIBS UK Alumni Chapter held their first committee meeting in London today. During the meeting it was decided that Mr. Gu Xuebin (EMBA2013) will be UK Chapter Head with David Vinagre Solans (MBA2008) and Sharon Chen (EMBA2005) both serving as Deputy Heads, and Wendy Zheng taking on the role of Committee Secretary. The UK Alumni Chapter aims to help CEIBS’ UK-based alumni develop a strong network locally, and extend those local connections around the world. It will also serve as a platform for CEIBS to bring together business practices and knowledge from East and West and lay the foundation for exploring new opportunities in the future.
