MBA 2017 alumna and Global Brand Manager at Henkel Karishma Choudhary is preparing for change – again. In 2015, she left her job as a robot for a tech consultancy in India to pursue an 18-month MBA journey at CEIBS in Shanghai.

Sitting in his office on the 32nd floor of Deliveroo’s UAE headquarters in Dubai, MBA 2018 grad and recipient of CEIBS ‘Latin American Talent’ scholarship Jaime Boy is using WeChat’s voice memo function to tell MBA Admissions how the MBA programme’s digital focus helped him land a role at the food delivery giant.

Many people working at foreign companies in China complain about the existence of a glass ceiling. But according to Zhu Hai the glass ceiling can be shattered through hard work and outstanding performance. Zhu Hai is co-founder of Stalagnate Capital and formerly the Executive Vice-President of Schneider Electric’s Executive Committee and the Group’s China President. He suggests that even professional managers, especially executives, need to be entrepreneurial and have a long-term strategic vision, rather than just focusing on KPIs.
