Dr. Chen Shaohui is Professor of Management Practice at CEIBS. She also serves as Programme Co-Director of the CEIBS Advanced Management Programme and as Core Faculty of the CEIBS Healthcare Sector Research Centre.

Her teaching interests focus on organisational management, human resource management and leadership development. She has taught Executive Education courses for companies including China Development Bank, COMAC, Google, Carl Zeiss AG, and more.
