CEIBS would not be the acclaimed institution that it is today without its exceptional team of international faculty. Dr. Han Jian is Professor of Management at CEIBS and serves as the Director of the CEIBS Centre for Organisational Growth and Talent Development.

Dr. Han’s research focuses on enhancing competitive advantage and promoting corporate sustainability through organisational and talent management. She has published over 30 articles in leading international journals, covering topics such as strategic human resource management, employer branding and recruitment, multilevel organisational analysis, organisational empowerment, employee motivation, diversity and innovation, and top management team dynamics. She is the founding Programme Director of CEIBS’ Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Programme and serves as Co-Academic Director for CEIBS‘ Advanced Management Programme.
