Professor Liang Chao is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Prior to joining CEIBS, she worked as an Assistant Professor with Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). Dr. Liang received her PhD in Operations Management from University of Texas at Dallas (UTD).

Dr. Liang’s research concentrates on the impact of digital and intelligent technology on operations, behavioral operations management (human-AI interaction, impact of different consumer behaviors on operations), and supply chain management. Dr. Liang has multiple papers which have been published or accepted in FT Top 50 journals, including Management Science and Production and Operations Management.
