With the comprehensive strategic partnership of China and the EU at a crossroads in the year of its 20th anniversary, what have two of the world’s leading economies achieved over the past two decades of trade and collaboration?

Mr. Micheál Martin TD, Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs for Ireland, visited the CEIBS Shanghai campus today to give a speech, take part in a Q&A, and meet a group of the school’s MBA and Global EMBA students, accompanied by a delegation of 14 that included Ambassador of Ireland to China Ann Derwin and Consul General of Ireland in Shanghai Wendy Dorman-Smith.

Between 20-22 October 2023, the Global EMBA(GEMBA) 2021 class undertook the final part of their Capstone Project, the Oral Defense. Sat opposite a panel of CEIBS faculty professors and alumni experts from relevant fields, each Capstone group of students had to rigorously defend the structure, suggestions and overall validity of their project against the probing questions of their examiners.

For the fourth year in a row, CEIBS has been named #2 in the world in the Financial Times’ global ranking of Executive MBA programmes. This means that the school’s Global EMBA (GEMBA) programme has maintained its position as the top ranked EMBA programme in the world to be taught at a standalone school and the number one EMBA programme on the Chinese mainland.

The CEIBS (Switzerland) Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme, a doctoral programme of applied business research that combines rigorous academic education with extensive business practice, has welcomed its latest cohort for an official opening ceremony at our Shanghai campus.

On Sunday 24th September, around 130 alumni arrived at the CEIBS Shanghai Campus for the long-awaited Global EMBA Alumni Reunion, made up of no fewer than 25 class cohorts.

The CEIBS International Summit on Social Security and Aging Finance was successfully held at the school’s Shanghai campus recently, with numerous distinguished speakers and experts in the field invited to participate under the theme of “Global Perspective and the Chinese Approach: Sustainable Development of China’s Unique Social Security System.”
