The Future of Work: Shifting Business Models
Please join us on November 17, 2020, for this special webinar in partnership with Boyden Switzerland on Shifting Business Models.
About the Webinar
During this webinar we will look at some of the strategic trends we are experiencing in the wake of the global lockdown. What new business models are emerging? Which models are dying? How adaptable are firms in really shifting their business models in the short- and mid-term? As well, we will discuss the role of the leader in these transitions and how organisations can be successfully led to drive forward new goals.
About the Future of Work Webinar Series
Life as we know it is undergoing a radical transformation. Where once the topic of the future of work was centred around rapidly advancing technology, we must now consider the long-term shift influenced by a global pandemic. The impact of COVID-19 has been widespread, dramatically changing the future of the work landscape for us all, from where we work to how we interact with our peers, how we apply for jobs or recruit talent, how we manage and lead teams and even how we define success.
This webinar series will ask a number of important questions about the future workforce, including:
- What changes should we prepare for in terms of culture, leadership, talent, diversity and strategy and what are the implications for you?
- With different markets progressing at different paces, how does this impact the global workforce?
- What can we expect to see in terms of transformation in Europe compared to China?
