OBHDP Paper Development Workshop
OBHDP Paper Development Workshop is designed to provide focused, high-value developmental dialogue for researchers at all career stages. Featuring distinguished Editors-in-Chief and Associate Editors as guest panelists, this interactive workshop aims to support participants in refining their ongoing research projects and preparing rigorous, competitive manuscripts for submission to Organisational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes (OBHDP) and other leading academic journals. Through in-person presentations, intensive roundtable discussions, and targeted face-to-face feedback sessions, we aim to foster rigorous research innovation and elevate the overall quality of scholarly work across the broader communities of organisational behaviour, human resources, applied psychology, marketing, and consumer research.
Key areas we hope to explore together include
- Advancing theoretical contributions: How to construct compelling, well-grounded theoretical frameworks that address core research puzzles in organisational behaviour and human resources?
- Improving methodological rigor: How to optimize research design, empirical approaches, and analytical strategies to generate reliable and credible findings in complex research contexts?
- Refining journal positioning and publication readiness: How to strengthen manuscript framing, highlight research contributions, and develop revision strategies that meet the standards of top-tier journals?
We warmly invite researchers to join this milestone inaugural Asian PDW and anticipate a rewarding day of insightful dialogue, constructive feedback, and meaningful progress toward impactful academic research.
