Dear CEIBS Alumni:

Association of the CEIBS Alumni International Trade and Intellectual Property Protection, China Institute of Arbitration, Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm are jointly hosting the 2016 Shanghai International Arbitration Forum in CEIBS on March 6, 2016, with the support of Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Arbitration Commissions in Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Qingdao, etc., China Maritime Arbitration Commission Shanghai Sub-Commission, Shanghai Financial Association, LexisNexis, and Association of the CEIBS Alumni Legal Association. The topic of this forum is “Boosting ‘One Belt One Road’ National Strategy by International Arbitration”.

Representatives of the major arbitral institutions in China and around the world, such as ICC, SCC, HKIAC, SIAC, ICSID, CIETAC, and arbitration commissions in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou etc., will be attending this forum, as well as many experienced domestic and foreign attorneys in the field of dispute resolution, arbitrators and senior officers of large state-owned and private corporations. They will share their views in the new development trend of international arbitration, explain how to handle international investment and trade disputes, and explain how to participate in international arbitrations.
