With systematic learning of advanced management skills at CEIBS, I've been able to broaden my vision, go beyond the boundary of experience, and identify the development trends of China's Telecom Industry during its early stage of reform from a market-oriented perspective. I always believe that this new way of thinking is one of the most valuable things I've learned from CEIBS. This is especially true after I became the President of China Telecom Americas in 2002 and started to face fierce international competition. CEIBS has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to move from technical expert to a manager, and made me well prepared for China's telecom industry’s marketization and drastic changes in growth patterns. 
While studying at CEIBS, I also had the pleasure of making friends with fellow participants, many of whom are now playing an active role in China's economic growth. We share not only the happy memories of studying together at CEIBS, but also our successful experience in career development.
