CEIBS would not be the acclaimed institution that it is today without its exceptional team of international faculty. Dr Jean Lee is Michelin Chair Professor in Leadership and Human Resources Management, Professor of Management, and Co-Director of CEIBS Centre for Family Heritage at CEIBS. Her research interests include leadership, corporate culture, women in leadership, family business, HR management and cross-cultural management, about which she has published extensively in international journals; she has also consulted and conducted training programmes for many multinational, local and international organisations in South-East Asia and mainland China, including Singapore Airlines, Bank of China, Johnson & Johnson, and many more.
