Baseball is the perfect team sport for team building, as team work is crucial for winning. Though around 80% of these teams of CEIBS students and alumni mentors were playing the game for the very first time, Bofan Zhang managed to organize a baseball game that was both fun and a way for the students and their mentors to get to know each other better and learn to work as a team.   

Since launching in 2004, the CEIBS Mentoring Programme has benefited more than 1,700 mentors and mentees. It is designed to provide current MBA students with valuable advice beyond the classroom in order to help them grow and develop as a business professional.
