During CEIBS 5th China Family Heritage Forum guests were divided into teams to personally experience the so-called “Lego Serious Play”-- an edutainment game intertwining effective communication and business thinking with the process of assembling Lego pieces. Participants took this opportunity to exchange their reflections on innovation and entrepreneurship, and come up with solutions to problems plaguing family businesses in the process of succession and transformation.
