The CEIBS MBA cohort is intentionally structured to balance international diversity with strong representation from China. The MBA 2027 cohort includes 105 students from 20 countries, with 30.5% students from outside the Chinese Mainland and 53.3% female representation.

These numbers directly impact how the programme functions. A wide range of cultural and professional perspectives influences classroom discussions, group work, and case analysis. Students are expected to engage with different viewpoints, often navigating contrasting approaches to decision-making, leadership, and risk.
