Prof. Sae Young Lee, Lecturer of Strategy, CEIBS
Dr. Lee’s current research primarily concentrates on strategies of technology ventures. Several of her working papers focus on revealing how technology ventures mobilize resources through interactions with key resource providers such as venture capitalists and strategic acquirers.
Theo Staub, CEO, Proventavia
MBA, BBA, BSc, Former CEO of Jet Aviation in the US. Today, as Managing Partner of Proventavia LLC, he helps companies in the aviation industry in M&A processes and restructuring. Mr Staub also teaches Crisis Management.
Experience sharing from Bernard Cheung (MBA2009), Asia Strategy and M&A Director, AptarGroup
Mr. Cheung is responsible for growing the company’s presence in the Asia Pacific region via a combination of acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships as well as business model transformation initiatives.
