Prof. Xiande Zhao, CEIBS Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management
Dr. Zhao Xiande’s research interests focus on supply chain and business model innovations, supply chain finance, digital supply chain, and supply chain optimization using big data. He is also the founder and honorary president of the Association of Supply Chain and Operations Management (ASCOM).

Martin Schaefer, VP Air Operations Europe, Kuehne + Nagel
Martin has worked for Kuehne + Nagel for more than 17 years in various functions and locations. His assignments have covered North America, Middle East and now Europe. In his current role, he is responsible for Air Logistics Operations in Europe. His focus is on organisational transformation and underlying areas such as systems, process, training and implementation.
