David Watkins, SVP, Group Talent, Transformation & Engagement, Oerlikon AG
Consultant, coach, author and leadership shaper with over 25 years business and leadership experience, David Watkins has worked in over 30 countries and with more than 6,000 leaders across different industries. David moved to Switzerland in 2009 to perform a Global Organisational & Leadership Development function for Schindler Group, before joining Oerlikon as the Global Head of Talent, Transformation & Engagement in 2017. David operates a people consultancy called Organisation Dynamics, holds a BSc in Economics, as well as an MBA, and is a Certified Executive Coach. He is a member of the Accreditation Board of the EFMD. He is also certified in various leadership assessment models such as MBTI, FIR0-B, Talent Q, Korn Ferry Leadership Styles and Organisational Climate & Human Synergistics cultural surveys.
