About the Industry 101 Webinar Series

Ranked #8 globally by Financial Times in 2018, CEIBS MBA in Shanghai recruits around 180 elite students from around the world each year. MBA 2020 students represent 17 countries and regions, from industries such as finance, technology, consulting, healthcare, and manufacturing. CEIBS MBA professionals will present a vivid Industry 101 online sharing session to prospective students covering industry insights, career progression, and their personal application journey.

Speakers

Ivanka Hu MBA 2020

Ivanka was admitted to medical school at Shandong University at the age of 16, where she double majored in Clinical Medicine and Economics and received her doctor’s license. In 2011, she joined Johnson & Johnson as a management trainee where she received the Early Bird and Top Sales awards. She later continued her career in professional education at Medtronic and marketing at B. Braun. As a product manager, she has established close connection with many of China’s top experts in the major medical fields, leading and introducing a number of innovative market strategies and promotion projects to help the company's core business development.

Yann Biehler MBA 2020

Born in France, Yann is a Doctor of Pharmacy with a Masters in Marketing from HEC Paris. He has worked for more than four years in the pharmaceutical industry in global marketing and sales in the UK, France, and the US. He has also worked in hospitals in Strasbourg, Singapore, and Wuhan. Yann started his career working on HUMIRA®, the highest selling drug in the world, first as an Associate Global Marketing Manager, then as a Sales Representative in London. Last year, Yann moved to Sanofi in Boston to work as a Global Marketing Manager and to launch KEVZARA®, a new drug for rheumatoid arthritis, in 19 different markets.
