About Speaker:

Nikos Tsikriktsis is Associate Dean (Global EMBA) and Professor of Operations Management at CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS, he was Professor of Operations and Service Management at IMD, Switzerland. Before joining IMD he was a faculty member at London Business School (UK) and ALBA (Greece).

Professor Tsikriktsis heads the Global EMBA Programme at CEIBS, leading the academic design, faculty composition and overall programme vision. He has designed and taught programs in the US, UK, China, India, Dubai, Portugal, France, Denmark, Italy, Greece and Canada and for companies in the following sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy, retailing, airlines and pharmaceuticals. He has also been involved in consulting projects for firms in the banking, retailing and airline industries.
