Executive Forum: The Impact and Changes Imposed by COVID-19 on the Manufacturing Industry

Dear Friends of CEIBS,

Please join us for our upcoming CEIBS Executive Forum on September 14, 2020, with Mr. Yoke Loon Lim, President of Greater China of the Dow Chemical Company, who will give a lecture on The Impact and Changes Imposed by COVID-19 on the Manufacturing Industry.

COVID-19 has imposed profound changes on people’s lives and disruption on the world economy. For companies with global footprints, it also challenges the resilience of their operations and growth strategy on a regional level.

During this event, Mr. Lim will discuss the transformation COVID-19 has brought to the chemical industry from both business operations and market demand perspectives, and how it may impact investment strategies for global companies. In addition to the practices that Dow has adopted to tackle the challenges of the pandemic, Mr. Lim will also discuss the outlook for market growth in China.
