Executive Forum: What We Can Learn from the Re-Opening
Dear Friends of CEIBS,
Please join us for our upcoming CEIBS Executive Forum on August 11, 2020, with Mr. Curt Ferguson, President of Greater China, Korea & Mongolia, The Coca-Cola Company, who will give a lecture on What We Can Learn from the Re-Opening.
Like nearly every other business, the Coca-Cola China System was also impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. During this form, Mr. Ferguson will walk participants through the challenges the company faced and actions it took during this period. He will also share learnings from the pandemic, what was impacted the least and why.
As we enter into a new normal, consumer behaviour and the retail landscape have changed – for example, people are spending more time online and e-commerce is becoming increasingly important. Coca-Cola China is reacting to these changes by focusing on more things digital, including placing more ads on social media, optimising digital shelves, etc.
In addition to discussing Coca-Cola’s response to COVID-19, Mr. Ferguson will take participants through the company’s innovation highlights for the year.
