Executive Forum: The Employment Brand Promise Journey: Inspiring and Developing Talent for Future Impact
Dear Friends of CEIBS,
We cordially invite you to attend the CEIBS Executive Forum on November 21, 2019 with Ms. Anne Gotte, Senior Vice President, Global Talent at Ecolab, who will give a lecture on The Employment Brand Promise Journey: Inspiring and Developing Talent for Future Impact.
Change is everywhere we look. Competition for the best talent will only continue to grow. The labour supply is constrained and lacking critical skills needed to thrive in workplaces that are increasingly digital, global and agile. And employees are asking more than ever from their employer – beyond pay and benefits to true purpose. Winning with top talent in this environment requires that organisations to enhance their focus on the areas that matter most – employer branding, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.
China is a high potential market. For Ecolab globally, Greater China is one of the three mega markets which play a strategic role for business growth. In China, there is a surging demand for food service and water stewardship from local giants, presenting the company with both tremendous opportunities and challenges. In China, Ecolab will continue to invest in talents, innovation and digital capabilities.
Join Anne Gotte, Senior Vice President of Global Talent at Ecolab to learn how this Fortune 200 global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services is putting talent at the centre of its aggressive business growth strategy.
