Please join us at our upcoming CEIBS Executive Forum on October 25, 2019 for a special talk by Ms. Smilla Yuan, CEO of Willis Towers Watson Greater China, on the Future of Work, Organization, and Talent.

About the Speaker
Ms. Smilla Yuan
CEO of Willis Towers Watson Greater China
Smilla Yuan is the Chief Executive Officer of Willis Towers Watson Greater China. With over 20 years of consulting and leadership experience, she has grown with Willis Towers Watson, helping many large scale and fast growing companies with significant organizational transformation projects in China. Ms. Yuan is highly experienced in helping Chinese clients develop forward-looking HR strategies, as well as in the long-term and effective implementation of these strategies. In addition, she is an advisor to both the Chinese State Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) and Ministry of Finance (MoF).
Ms. Yuan received her Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University and EMBA from CEIBS. She joined Willis Towers Watson in 2000, where she became the Talent & Reward Segment Leader in 2012 and Managing Director in 2014. Prior to that, she worked at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as a Senior Consultant, focusing on strategy management and business process reengineering, and also taught Fudan University. Ms. Yuan has been invited to give public speeches, and has provided professional opinions and essays for media outlets such as 21st Century Business Herald, China Business News and Business Management Review.
