Rosa Lee, the first Chinese member to join the HR management team at Bosch’s headquarters in Germany, has accumulated a wealth of experience in global human resources strategic management and possesses a broad global perspective. During her presentation, she will share the story of Bosch's business transformation and how she, as a human resources leader, has led the team transforming the organisation while supporting employees learning and growth

Mrs. Rosa Lee will discuss:

About the Speaker

Mrs. Rosa Lee graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a law degree and obtained MBA from Kellogg School of Management – Northwest University & Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2004. Having gained a breadth of leadership experience in several large multinational companies and having accumulated more than 20 years’ experience in HR and other business areas at companies such as Coca-Cola, Honeywell, Schindler, and DuPont, Rosa joined Bosch in 2010 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Bosch China. Since 2015, she has acted as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources Management at Bosch’s global headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany, where she oversees a wide range of global functions, including global talent acquisition, talent development, global organisation development, diversity, global HRIT, global learning, global HR shared services, and global HR steering. In February 2019, she joined the management board of Bosch China as Executive Vice President, responsible for Human Resources in Greater China and ASEAN, and HR innovation projects in Asia-Pacific.
