We cordially invite you to attend our Executive Forum on March 13, 2019, where Janina Kugel, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG, will share her insights on “The Future of work is now – are you ready to shape it?”

Janina Kugel is CHRO at Siemens AG and is responsible for 379,000 employees around the globe. She’s passionate about shaping leadership and corporate culture in a way that all employees can unleash their full potential. She believes that, since creative and meaningful tasks will never be done by machines, it’s up to humans to jointly shape the future of work.

Janina Kugel will present:

• An introduction to Siemens and Siemens in China;
• The power of diverse teams and inclusive leadership;
• Necessary skills in a VUCA world: continuous reinvention (company and people); and,
• Career planning and being a role model for others.

About the Speaker

Janina Kugel has been Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Member of Managing Board of Siemens AG since February 2015. She has global responsibility for Human Resources, including the areas of Diversity, Social Innovation and Environmental Protection, Health Management and Safety (EHS). Prior to taking on her current role, she was responsible for Human Resources People and Leadership at Siemens AG beginning in 2013. Janina also served as CHRO at Osram GmbH during 2012 and was the Director of Human Resources at Siemens SpA Italy from 2009. Before getting into the HR field, Janina gained experience in management consulting, group strategy, and corporate development.

Janina Kugel was awarded Top Woman 2018 by Manager Magazine.
