Thriving in Local Chinese Companies

With China’s ascension to the world’s 2nd biggest economy, Chinese companies are now playing an even more pivotal role in the global economy, requiring higher quality talents who possess both China depth and global breadth.

With this on-going development, more and more CEIBS alumni are choosing local Chinese companies to launch their careers after graduation. We are happy to invite several of them to this special event to share their stories, including their motivations, opportunities and challenges (both personal and professional), tips on cultural adaptation and shifting working styles, and their take-aways on how to succeed in Chinese firms.
