2026 CEIBS Global EMBA Building Bridges Series Forum — China and Latin America
The "Building Bridges" series is a flagship initiative of the CEIBS Global EMBA programme, designed to foster in-depth dialogue on China's economic engagement with key regions. Following the inaugural forum "China and Southeast Asia" held in Shenzhen in 2024 — which attracted nearly 300 participants — we have since organised a series of forums and closed-door sharing sessions on "China and Europe" and "China and Africa." This edition will focus on "China and Latin America," exploring the growing partnership between two dynamic regions.
As China and Latin America deepen cooperation across advanced manufacturing, renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, digital commerce and consumer markets, new opportunities are emerging for businesses on both sides. At the same time, greater collaboration requires stronger local partnerships, cultural understanding and long-term strategic thinking.
Against this backdrop, the 2026 CEIBS Global EMBA Building Bridges Forum – China and Latin America will bring together diplomats, policymakers, corporate executives, industry experts and academics to explore the evolving relationship between the two regions through the lens of business and innovation.
The forum will focus on four key themes:
- Navigating Latin America's evolving business landscape
- Unlocking opportunities for Latin American enterprises in China
- Strategies for successful localisation and sustainable growth
- The future of China–Latin America business collaboration
Through keynote speeches, executive dialogues and panel discussions, participants will exchange perspectives, share practical experience and explore new opportunities for partnership in an increasingly interconnected global economy.
