2026 CEIBS Global EMBA Rising Leaders Programme

The CEIBS Global Executive MBA — ranked among the top two programmes globally by the Financial Times for six consecutive years — invites you to join our three-day Rising Leaders Programme, focusing on the core capabilities leaders need to navigate a volatile world and act with greater clarity in uncertain times.
Participate to act with more clarity in uncertain times
Now more than ever, leaders around the globe are facing uncertainty. The business environment in China is changing with economic development slowing and global tensions rising. It is therefore essential for global business leaders not only to continue developing, but also to step back and reflect on how responsible leadership can enable them to act with greater clarity and steer their organisations through these VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) times.
Cultivate your core business capabilities
Specifically, the Rising Leaders Programme focuses on strategy, marketing, innovation and negotiation, alongside leadership development and an understanding of key economic trends.
It is designed to take business leaders through the current outlook and priorities that are shaping the Global and Chinese economy, while sharpening their leadership abilities. With help from CEIBS’ world-class professors, participants will understand future sources of growth globally and in China, learn essential aspects of negotiation, and explore strategic considerations inspired by relevant business cases.
The learning methodology combines lectures, company visits, group exercises and peer learning, based on real business cases from China and around the world.
This is all designed to allow seasoned leaders to cultivate their core business capabilities and leadership.
Each part of the agenda has been developed by the Global EMBA programme and offers participants a taste of the insights and learning experience at CEIBS.
Participants should expect to complete some pre-reading ahead of the programme and contribute actively during the classes.
