CEIBS Global EMBA Master Class - Suzhou
Ranked #1 in the world, CEIBS Global EMBA invites you to attend our latest master class hosted in Suzhou.
About The Event
In an age of geopolitical friction, economic uncertainty, and shifting global alliances, multinational and Chinese companies alike face unprecedented pressure to reassess their global strategies. The assumptions that once justified a strong presence in China, or an aggressive push abroad, are being challenged by new realities: fragmented trade regimes, rising regulatory scrutiny, shifting consumer behavior, and intensifying local competition.
This 90-minute interactive workshop invites you to revisit the original strategic logic behind why multinational corporations chose to enter or remain in China. At the same time, it examines the evolving rationale behind Chinese companies expanding overseas, as they navigate increasingly saturated domestic markets and a more complex global landscape.
Through case examples, peer discussion, and expert facilitation, participants will:
- Understand the key headwinds—geopolitical, economic, and regulatory—reshaping global engagement.
- Identify the new rules of global competition.
- Identify ways to mitigate risk and unlock new value in a complex and uncertain world.
- Reassess whether MNCs are still in China for the right strategic reasons.
- Explore why, where, and how Chinese firms can still win abroad.
This session is designed to sharpen strategic thinking and equip global leaders with the insights needed to adapt and lead in this new era of global business.
