Drawing from her experience leading organisations and teams across North America, Europe and China, she will reflect on how to navigate change not just with resilience, but with conviction, focus, and a people-centred mindset.
About this event
From rapid technological evolution to shifting regulatory and healthcare priorities, companies around the world are being challenged to stay focused, agile, and purpose-driven as global markets grapple with growing uncertainty.
At this Executive Forum, Ms. Liu will share how Philips — a global leader in health technology with a history of over a century of innovation and a long-standing presence in China — is renewing its momentum in one of the world’s most dynamic healthcare markets.
She will speak about how the company is evolving its China strategy not just to adapt, but to thrive: by forging deeper local partnerships, accelerating meaningful innovation, and aligning with China’s long-term vision for a healthier, smarter and more inclusive future.
With a portfolio that spans from hospital systems to everyday consumer health, Philips is committed to strive towards delivering better care for more people. From professional clinicians to everyday families, Ms. Liu will also explore how Philips is uniquely positioned to support a healthier China — not only through technology, but through purpose and trust. She will also offer a personal view on leadership shaped by two decades of global experience across North America, Europe and China.
With a leadership style that is grounded, empathetic and purpose-driven, Ms. Liu brings a distinct approach to leading through complexity — not only by setting direction, but by building trust, uniting teams, and translating strategy into action.
As a Chinese leader in a global company, Ms. Liu has demonstrated a unique ability to bridge the global and the local, and to lead with both clarity and connection.
