What lies ahead for the job market over the next two years?
In an economic landscape defined by rapid change, what new challenges and opportunities will MBA students face?
And how can the CEIBS MBA help you navigate uncertainty with greater clarity and confidence?
You're warmly invited to join our upcoming career development event:
“In the Trump Era: How Can Young Professionals Reposition Themselves in a Shifting World of Work?”
Grounded in real data and focused on emerging trends, the session will explore career strategies, industry shifts, and how the structured support of the CEIBS MBA empowers students to prepare for the road ahead.
Highlights
We’ll be diving into the following key themes:
With industries are evolving rapidly, are you unsure which direction to pivot towards?
With the continued rise of China’s high-end manufacturing, the impact of AI, and the momentum of local alternatives, the industrial landscape is shifting fast. Leveraging real employment data and front-line case studies, the CEIBS MBA helps you identify the most promising industries and functional paths.
Is entrepreneurship a viable alternative? Where are the real opportunities?
In the face of growing economic complexity, some CEIBS MBA students and alumni are pursuing entrepreneurship as a means of career transformation. Through tailored support provided by CEIBS’ eLab, alumni mentorship, and start-up bootcamps, CEIBS empowers you to move from idea to execution at a pace and path that suits you.
With multinationals downsizing, is it worth considering a career in state-owned enterprises? Can salary growth still be expected?
As Chinese platforms rise and SOE recruitment gains momentum, we’ll share insights from CEIBS alumni cases to evaluate long-term value, transferable skills, and resource you can leverage across different roles, helping you make informed, strategic decisions.
No background in healthcare, but keen to break into this booming industry or another hot sector?
CEIBS boasts the strongest healthcare network among China’s MBA programmes. With cross-sector courses and a robust alumni base, even non-specialists can find clear entry points and successfully pivot into new fields.
In an uncertain economy, how can you build greater resilience?
CEIBS MBA emphasises “diversity + lifelong learning.” From enhanced coursework and entrepreneurial guidance, to personalised career coaching and real consulting projects (ICSP), our holistic support system helps you build a strong, adaptive career mindset. Career Development Centre (CDC) consultants will also share practical insights based on live employment data and real consulting cases to help you craft a strategy that fits your goals.
