Join us for a CEIBS Executive Forum on March 20, 2025, with Mr. Laurent Favre, CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of OPmobility, who will give a keynote speech on the theme of “Chinese Automotive Industry: Opportunities and Challenges in Going Overseas”.
About this event
Present in China since 2001, French company OPmobility is one of the world’s major global automotive suppliers, and has been part of the remarkable development of the Chinese automotive market. China is now the world’s largest automotive market, and around 70% of cars purchased in the country are domestic brands Many of these homegrown success stories now plan to expand abroad; to do this, however, they must persuade new consumers and learn how to work in different environments. All the while, their competitors are also changing, and global trade rules are being rewritten.
At this event Mr. Laurent Favre, CEO of OPmobility, will share his vision of the opportunities and the challenges that Chinese automotive brands face in going overseas. He will also offer insights into the deep transformations underway in the global automotive industry, how the western automotive industry is learning from Chinese players, and what the future of mobility might look like.
