Event Series Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of China-EU Ties | CEIBS OUTLOOK SERIES: Past, Present and Future EU-China Relations

This year, China and the EU mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. They celebrate this historic milestone amidst a rapidly changing global landscape and a complex international climate in terms of business, trade and geopolitics.
Nevertheless, over the past five decades the China-EU relationship has played a significant role in both sides’ economic development and contributed meaningfully to global peace and prosperity. As CEIBS kicks off a series events celebrating the 50th Anniversary of China-EU Diplomatic Relations, the CEIBS OUTLOOK SERIES hosts Mr. Jorge Toledo, Ambassador of the European Union to China, to share his insights on the theme “Past, Present and Future EU-China Relations”. This special event aims to reflect thoughtfully on the past, offer constructive insights into the present, and look ahead toward a future in which the EU and China can effectively continue to cooperate, collaborate, and seek mutually beneficial outcomes.
