Join CEIBS Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour Michelle Xue Zheng for an exclusive MBA lecture in which she answers this question and more. During this lecture, Professor Zheng will draw upon an experiential exercise about leadership decision-making. Participants can expect to gain an understanding of the shortcuts and pitfalls involved in leadership decision-making, and what it is like to sit in the classroom of an MBA programme ranked #1 in Asia by the Financial Times for nine consecutive years.
About the Professor
Dr. Michelle Xue Zheng is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at CEIBS, and serves as a co-director of our Leadership Development Programme. She completed her PhD at the National University of Singapore following a master’s degree in France. Prior to joining CEIBS, she taught and conducted research at the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands.
Dr. Zheng specializes in the areas of leadership, conflict management, and negotiations and decision-making. Her work has been published in top scholarly journals such as Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior and has been covered by media outlets such as Forbes, Huffington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, The Boston Globe, and others. She was awarded Poets & Quants' prestigious “Best 40 under 40 Business Professors” in 2021.
