GMAC, together with survey partners the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and the MBA Career Services and Employer Alliance (MBA CSEA), conducted the survey in association with career services offices at participating graduate business schools worldwide. Completed by nearly a thousand corporate recruiters and HR experts worldwide, this report unveils the employment prospects for MBA and business master’s graduates, the latest demands from employers, and the significance of artificial intelligence in business education. This goes beyong a sharing of data and trends to become a discussion on how future business leaders can prepare themselves to adapt to the ever-changing workplace environment.

In this 30-minute presentation, we will delve into the highlights of the report, including but not limited to:
