Lingling Zhang
Associate Professor of Marketing, CEIBS
Associate Dean
Director of MBA Programme
Prof. Zhang Lingling is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Associate Dean (MBA) at CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS, she was an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. Prof. Zhang holds a DBA in Marketing from Harvard Business School, an MA in Applied Statistics from University of Michigan, and an MS and BA in Information Science from Nanjing University.
Dr. Zhang’s research interests focus on digital marketing, healthcare marketing, and AI-powered consumer insights. Trained as an empirical modeller, Dr. Zhang uses large-scale field data to understand market competition and consumer behaviour.
Byron Lee
Associate Professor of Management, CEIBS
Dr. Byron Y. Lee is Associate Professor of Management at CEIBS. He received his PhD in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from University of Toronto. Prior to joining CEIBS, he was a member of the faculty at the School of Business at Renmin University of China, where he also served as International MBA Academic Director.
Dr. Lee’s main research interests focus on compensation, strategic human resource management, and industrial relations. His publications have appeared in in the Canadian Journal of Economics, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, International Journal of Manpower, Journal of Labor Research and Contemporary Economic Research. He has received the Emerging Scholar Award in Employee Participation and Ownership from the Academy of Management. Dr. Lee has been recognised with the 2021 CEIBS Teaching Excellence Award for his excellence in teaching.
