The Challenges and Opportunities of Going Global--In-depth Dialogue with Chinese Biopharma Companies
CEIBS Global EMBA programme, ranked #2 worldwide for four consecutive years by the Financial Times, invites you to attend our symposium on The Challenges and Opportunities of Going Global on May 22 in Beijing.
About this event
Chuhai - a term used to describe Chinese companies expanding abroad - has become a buzz word this year, and seems to offer a solution for companies looking to offset slowing domestic consumption and a long winter for China's capital market. The internationalization of a firm, however, is a significant undertaking and commitment that requires overcoming numerous challenges, from commercial development to transformation of governance models. At this event, we invite you to join a sharing session with ACRObiosystems and Pharmaron, two Chinese biopharma companies which generate a majority of their revenue from international markets and are in different stages of the arduous and exciting process of internationalization.
This event is an opportunity to learn
- How to deploy international business from scratch
- Traps and lessons learned in cross-border M&A
- How to build an HR strategy amidst global competition
- Strategies for business model transformation
