About the Professor
Dr. Shaowei Ke is Professor of Economics at CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS, he was a tenured Associate Professor of Economics at University of Michigan. Dr. Ke received his Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from Princeton University and B.A. in Economics from the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. He was a visiting faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and Yale University.
Dr. Ke’s research focuses on decision theory, behavioral economics and welfare economics. His work has been published in numerous world leading journals including Econometrica, Management Science, Journal of Economic Theory, Theoretical Economics, etc. He has been invited to present and share his latest research outcomes at many top universities, corporations, and institutions including Tsinghua, Shanghai Jiao Tong Antai, HKU, HKUST, Cornell, NYU, Northwestern, Princeton, UPenn, Yale, UToronto, LSE, etc. He was also a visiting scholar at Alibaba.
