Amber Li joined CEIBS MBA Career Development Centre in 2014, focusing on MBA students' career development in the Internet Technology sector and the Finance and Investment sector, as well as leading the MBA alumni engagement team. As a senior career consultant, Amber led career counseling for hundreds of MBA students to support their career transition and development.

Prior to joining CEIBS, Amber had over 10 years' professional experience in FICC (Fixed Income Currency & Commodity), Treasury, and Audit Business Assurance in professional firms and global investment banks including Morgan Stanley, UBS, Citibank and PwC.
