Karen Xi
President, CEIBS MBA 2023 Student Ambassador

Karen is a current CEIBS MBA 2023 student from Singapore. Prior to her MBA, she worked in project management, business analysis and sales roles on a project basis in 10 countries over six years, covering healthcare and energy sectors. During that time, she also cofounded TechLATAMAsia, a cross-border business platform linking the tech sectors across Asia and Latin America. After MBA, she will be joining Bayer Strategy & Business Consulting’s APAC team in Shanghai. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Serena LI
CEIBS MBA 2024 Student Ambassador

Serena is a current CEIBS MBA 2024 student from Shanghai, China. Prior to joining CEIBS, she worked for the world's top sports agency as well as the international sports property, namely UEFA Champions League for six yeras, with a sales and marketing background both in China and Switzerland. After MBA, she will continue her journey in the sports industry with a focus on the women in sports. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations from the Kansas State University in the United States.
