Our speakers
Marco Fossataro is Regional CFO of Haier Europe and CEO Haier Europe Open Enterprise. During his career, he has served in several executive roles in global corporations, as CFO, General Manager, Board Member and Supervisory Board member in the US, Canada, Netherlands, Russia, China and Italy. He holds a double MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School and an honours degree from La Sapienza University of Rome.
Byron Y. Lee is an Associate Professor of Management at CEIBS. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto. Prof. Lee’s main research interests focus on understanding how organisational levers function to help firms achieve their goals and has published widely on the topic.
