About the Professor

Dr. Michelle Xue Zheng is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at CEIBS. She serves as a co-director of the Diploma in Leadership Development Executive Education Programme at CEIBS. She completed her PhD at the National University of Singapore following a master’s degree in France. Prior to joining CEIBS, she taught and did research at the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands.  

Dr. Zheng specializes in the areas of leadership, conflict management, and negotiations and decision-making. Her work has been published in top scholarly journals such as Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior and has been covered by media outlets such as Forbes, Huffington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, The Boston Globe, and others. She was awarded Poets & Quants' prestigious “Best 40 under 40 Business Professors” in 2021.
