The Career Development Program (CDP), offered by the Career Development Center (CDC), is a comprehensive initiative designed to support MBA students in their long-term professional growth. The program is structured around four core pillars, complemented by a range of personalized career support services designed to meet the unique needs of each student. 

1. Self-Discovery & Career Planning 

• Self-assessment Tests: Utilise leading global self-assessment tools provided by the CDC to explore and identify your career interests.  
• Career Counselling: Benefit from individualised career counselling sessions. Our CDC consultants offer personalised advice to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, develop a robust career strategy, and enhance your job-searching skills including résumé writing and interview techniques.  

2. Understand Market & Industry 

• On-Campus Presentations: Engage with a wide range of companies visiting our campus for recruitment, offering you a platform to learn about potential employers and industry trends.  
• Practicum Projects: Immerse yourself in practicum projects that provide valuable field experience and the potential for future job opportunities.  

3. Enhance Career Skills 

• Career Workshops: Participate in a variety of CDC-organised career workshops. Knowledge-based workshops provide insights into various industries and functions, while skill-based workshops focus on improving your job-search tools and techniques.  
• Mock Interviews: Take advantage of mock interviews sessions to refine your interview skills and prepare for real-world scenarios.  

4. Explore Career Resources 

• Recruitment Fairs/Career Salons: Extend your job search through CDC-hosted recruitment fairs/career salons in various locations, catering to students looking to work in different regions.  
• Intranet Job Postings: Access a variety of job opportunities posted on the CDC intranet, searchable by industry, function, and location.
