"A leader of an organisation should never stop learning. Having acquired sufficient knowledge and understanding of the civil aviation in practice, I decided to learn management knowledge in a more systematic way. So I attended CEIBS Global EMBA programme between 2000 and 2002, which proved to be a very valuable experience. As a result, I gradually realised a personal transformation from a technology-focused manager to a management-focused leader with remarkable abilities in strategic decision making, execution and coordination. These competencies are very important for leadership in state-owned enterprise."
