Engagement with the alumni network begins early in the CEIBS experience and continues well beyond graduation. Students are introduced to alumni through a combination of structured programmes and informal interactions, ensuring that connections are built gradually and with purpose.

This includes:

• Mentoring relationships, where students receive guidance from experienced alumni on career direction and industry insights
• Networking events and industry forums, where alumni participate as speakers, panelists, and recruiters
• Regional alumni chapters, which organise events across major cities in China and internationally

These connections are reinforced through ongoing alumni activity. CEIBS regularly hosts large-scale forums, reunions, and regional events that bring together graduates across industries and geographies, maintaining a high level of engagement within the network.
